    This is pretty common but I do it all the time and my family loves it.

    I bake about ten potatoes, remove the pulp, mix with a couple of finely chopped onions and lots of cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Mash and mix really well, then re-tuff and bake again for at least thirty minutes.
