Jaerie, that is so great that you are continuing to push yourself. I am so proud of you!
So I weighed in today at 163 ! I couldn't be happier. I think changing up my exercise routine and eating healthier have really made a big difference. At this rate, I'll FINALLY be under 160. But I won't stop there. Next goal, under 150 and then I will reevaluate my goals. Will I ever, really be at my happy weight?

You all are doing so well!! I have been super busy the past couple of weeks. Sorry to say my diet and exercise plan (or lack there of) has severely suffered. I'm not quite off the wagon, but I'm hanging on by my fingertips to the edge. You are inspiring me to keep hanging in there. Thanks:) luckily and surprisingly I have only gained 1 lb above my low, so I'm not far from my game.0
