Why don't you two switch off days? You get an hour or two when he gets home and the next day he gets an hour or two. Use it to go the gym and he can do the same.0

Just do it! Go! My Wife does...I used to do the same to my wife...its him...he will get over it...he said it...so hold him to it...deep down he loves you and wants you to go.

I agree! Maybe you guys can find a gym that has childcare and you can work out together (??) maybe he just wants to go with you.
I would also talk to him about it - he probably feels intimidated or overwhelmed w/ the kids. I also like the idea of both of you alternating gym days.0 -
