    40 minutes walking in and back from deer blind hauling gear in upper 20s F weather - windy - but thankfully not anywhere near Buffalo, NY!

    Yesterday I did tricep dips and 25 min of step aerobics. I am just about to do 200 side knee lifts for a daily challenge I saw on here.

    60 Mins in the gym with my Run specific workout. Lots of short Sprints, lunges, bunny hops and time on that inflated dome thing.

    Short and sweet but hurts like hell and normally has me nearly out the back of the treadmill by the last set. All good fun

    I did my favorite today, dips at the dip station, squats, and lunges, with my 5 month old strapped to me.

  • Today I'll be doing 25 mins on 12 resistance on the AMT machine, 15 mins of brisk walking on an uphill incline (maybe 7.0 or so) and 15 minutes of moderate intensity cycling (random, level 12). Might slot some resistance training in and a 5 minute row as well if I'm feeling up to it
