Need food ideas for my 1230 cal goal..I'm burnt out!

    Yesterday I had for dinner lemon pepper chicken breast, broccolli with cheese sauce, and past roni, angel hair with herbs, and still had calories to eat some strawberries with a chocolate sauce, I swear no cheating. I learned if I want a burger for dinner I need to earn it, and make the walk happen. I can eat 1270 calories a day, my goal is 1 pound a week.

    So far I have been doing good, I weighed 163 when I started, adn have lost 1 pound. The biggest thing I noticed is skip the mayo, skip the BBQ sauce, skip the soda, and remeber what real food tastes like, not all covered and smothered. You can do it. Tonights dinner is baked fish, I bake it in butter, real butter, dill, fresh lemon, salt pepper, and paprika. I will also have a baked potatoe, and steam in the bag green beans. I'm even getting my fiancee to eat better.
