It's been scientifically proven that, if you eat carbs too often just before going to sleep, your muscles will shrivel up and your body fat percentage will rise. Your body also will not be able to absorb vitamins and proteins very efficiently. You will also go bald, quickly.
There are also theories being thrown around that it also causes bouts of insomnia and mild psychosis.
Well geez Taso, That explains the *cough cough, bald, cough cough" problem..and the psychosis...ummm..i mean quirkiness..or ah eccentricities..I mean..awesomeness..hmmm..yeah..I'll go with awesomness..0 -
My pre-bedtime snack/meal more often than not is a big bowl of Cheerios. (Sometimes it's popcorn.) Three cheers for carbs!0
