I totally understand with you on this one. I am a daycare provider and it seems like I cook all day. 3 meals and 3 snacks so I am always around food. When I was heavier and started this whole thing I was really good about staying on plan but now that I am smaller I think what is one bite here and there. It is something that I will have to deal with the rest of my life. I also did low carb but have increased it now because of my workouts. Best of luck.0
