You've gotta be stronger than the temptation to eat food. You've got to reign over food, or it will certainly overtake you. Ask yourself if you're really going to let full rule your life. When you say NO (as I believe you will), you'll be able to fight against the urge to keep eating. Be proactive. Take a stand against food when you're really not eating for nourishment. YOU CAN!

Great advice Jean!!
To add to that...are you drinking enough water?? Sometimes your body can actually confuse the sensation of hungry and thirsty...you literally feel hunger pangs when your body is dehydrated! Make sure you're getting enough water, especially if you're working out more than you used to be!
Of course, I've been struggling too because I've just been eating too much...so I'm planning on stopping that, starting TODAY!!0 -
It is simply a habit that must be broken. You need to have strong will power and know exactly what you are doing this for so you can remind yourself. Find yourself good supportive friends but most of all.. find something to replace the urges with. Whether it be gum instead of a meal, or going out for a walk, or coming on here and writing a blog about it.. it's a struggle and it can only be stopped one day at a time and only by YOU.0

eating the right foods will curbe hunger....eat eggs and protein rich meals to keep you fuller for longer, cut out refind carbs.
chomonium is meant to cut sugar cravings and brush your teeth if your hungry which should change the taste in your mouth.0 -

Can't see your diet so I'm going to have to go with like Randa said - the "types" of foods you are consuming will make a HUGE difference...
More protein will definitely help curb hunger hon - Randa has nailed it and I think you could really feel better using her suggestions!!!0 -

I went through this too! Get low calorie foods!! Veggies are the best because they are low calorie and you could eat them all day if you wish. Cucumbers you can have 5 cups sliced up for 71 calories that is a lot of cucumber!! Pickles are 10 calories those you can also eat a bunch of, a cup of carrots chopped is only 50 calories, Broccoli a cup chopped steamed is 30 calories, 1 cup of chopped celery is 14 calories, 1 cup of corn 130 calorie, Fruits 1 cup of grapes 110 calories, 1 cup of blueberries 80 calories, strawberries 1 cup cut up 50 calories, raspberries 1 cup 64 calories! Just buy these things if you are looking for chips buy special K snack chips (not quite crackers not quite chips) You can litterally have a bowl of them for 110 calories I counted out the 30 chips and it pretty much filled the bowl! You don't have to starve eat non processed foods and your body will willingly process them faster and you will loose weight like crazy! If you don't like these things now you will start to crave them over time your body produces new taste buds every 3 days! Try it P.LEASE DON'T GIVE UP!!0

I find that after I excersize I am a lot less hungry but I need to eat a small snack, like a cheese stick, before I work out.0
