I have been having a rough week with appts. I've tried to do the water thing. I actually got 1 1/2 of my 32 oz mugs of water today. It has been horrible weather wise here. And with the rain & change in temp. I have been in really bad pain! post more later.0

A good way to help you get your water in is to drink with a straw. I found this helps me drink much more than usual. I also add in crystal light packs to flavor the water up. It is great!!
