    I work evenings, getting home just after midnight, and I always have something to eat then. Since I've been on MFP, I plan and log my bedtime snack, usually Greek yogurt and berries, before I get home. If you live alone, just don't buy the stuff that you know tempts you. If you have family/roommates, you'll just have to be strong and choose a healthy snack.

    What time do you go to bed?

    I home from work at 11pm, but don't go to bed till 6am. So I eat dinner at midnight.

    Not everyone works 9-5 so the rule about eating past 7pm doesn't work for everyone.

    I agree with this!

    I work til 11pm every night. I go to the gym late at night. So, it isn't uncommon for me to be eating a large meal around 1am. I think it all depends on your body and your lifestyle. Eating that late and being in bed a couple hours later hasn't had a negative affect on my weight loss -- at all.

    Also, they say it is more about WHAT you are eating than WHEN you are eating!
