hi,
im new to the site (signed up a while ago but never got started).
I struggle with my weight and cant decide what diet im on low carb, low calorie, weight watchers. It changes every day, also i start the day great but lose it towards the end undoing all my good work.
my husband left me almost two years ago for someone else as he couldnt accept my weight. it has been a really tough time and i have been to hell and back but in the last few weeks something has just clicked and i feel like a new person. My head is really together now and im ready to move on.
The only thing holding me back now is my weight Im over 17st and its holding me back. Looking for friends that can help with motivation, support and advice as i dont know where to start. And hopefully i can be of support back

  • Try not to think of it as a diet. Think of it as a life style change. You are getting healthy and fit. It isn't something you want to change after you lose the weight. Good luck. You are on the right track.

    Its good to hear that your now making the change and loving it too.
    Im at maintenance level now but i do support really well and am on here every day and would be glad to help/support along the way.
