I`m in again starting weight is 183
first weigh in was 181
Today`s weigh in was 179.4 and I`m officaly overweight now instead of Obese
I`ve lost - 3.6 pounds so far
I`m at 179.4 still so just checking in its that TOM here so I`m just happy I`m not up like I normaly am right now so next week should show some nice results . I also just started C25K program last night along with my other workouts on the days I have off of that program0 -

AmandaB- Thanks for the encouragement! I am trying to just cut down on the EXTREMES, because that is not working for me! I say forget about the program if you dont like it and its making you hate running. DO what you can and its better than not doing anything at all!! When you feel ready to change it up, you'll do it!
I hope everyone is having a good Monday. I am fighting the urge to stuff my face, and binge like no other. Not only has today been a very stressful day at work, but my boyfriend is at the hospital getting tests done all alone and its stressing me out, AND im just in one of those STARVING moods right now.

I hit -5lb on Monday!! Was VERY happy to see that # pop up, now its just a matter of keeping the momentum going & seeing where my final total lands at the end of the month!

AmandaB/Kintegra- the boyfriend is okay! Thank you for asking! We still overate on Monday (oops). But I am back on track. Every day has to be a new day.
I woke up this morning and did an Insanity workout. Having a good day and GOING to stay within my calories today! Must repeat! lol I struggle with the consistency, but theres no other option but to just try every day to improve.
So happy to see so many people hitting the goal for the month already! Congrats- keep it up!!!0 -

Only lost 0.2 lbs this week, which doesn't really make a whole lot of sense. I've got 1 week to lose 1.4lbs, and tomorrow my friend is visiting from the Northwest Territories and it's going to be my cheat day! oh no0 -
Weighing in today at 158.8!!! Yes!!! I am at 3.8 lb loss so far this month....
Also, thanks for the help with my problem... I bought more fiber one snacks and also a buttery spread with flax seed for when times are difficult. Oh, and cut down on eating bananas...
