    Cardio: jog/walk- 90 minutes (500 calories)

    Strength: back- pulldowns, bent over cable rows, standing cable rows, seated pullovers, 4x12,10,8,6.

    Assessment: Lamb and vegetables for dinner.

    Happy Thursday! Today I get a CT scan on my intestinal wall. My iron has been running low and my doctor suspects a slow internal bleed.

    Strength: biceps- horizontal cable curls, standing cable curls, overhead cable curls 4x12,10,8,6

    Assessment: Baby back ribs and salad last night for dinner.
