Hi All - I'm just wondering if anyone has any super fast ideas for sauces to throw on some of these noodles?
There are two packets of then lurking at the back of my fridge and I keep meaning to try them!
I'm from Ireland so a lot of the brands mentioned on here I can't get!
Oh and they're the original noodles from an Asian store - not the tofu ones (they don't seem to be available here!)

thanks :)

Add them to soup, or even some good old Irish stew!

a really quick east snack using them is first, rince them for atleast 5 minutes straight until they no longer have a scent. Then i like to mix mine with pretty much anything but I love to buy the green giant single serve broccoli and cheese sauce trays (only 40 calories!). Microwave for a minute and a half and stir it into the noodles. Microwave again for another minute. You can even add a laughing cow cheese wedge if you'd like to make it even more cheesy. Its delish!

    1) Shirataki+ sweet chilli sauce+ pineapple+ chicken+ peppers+ sprinkling of sesame seeds = sesame chicken with sweet chilli noodles.

    2) Shirataki + low fat coconut milk+ 1 tbsp thai red/green or yellow curry paste+ veg/chicken stock+ king prawns+ babycorn/mange tout/ french beans= thai coconut prawn soup with shiritaki noodles.

    3) Shiritaki+ lean beef strips+ green bell peppers+ red onion+ teryaki sauce/marinade= Terkyaki beef with noodles.

I use them in place of egg noodles in chow mein, but I', going to try them in place of spaghetti with a tomato based sauce.

Do not expect a normal texture...some describe them as rubbery, but I find them like a cross between al dente spaghetti and bean sprouts

I love love love these noodles, but don't go to hungry girl, she is a processed food looney.

I use them in casseroles, spaghetti, soups, stir frys, you name it!
