I weigh every morning but only record when I show progession. I do it purposely to see how my cals and exercise are affected my weight day to day since I don't work out every day and a lot of days I don't meet all my calories, so checking in the morning I can see which made a difference on the scale. Like my "cheat" day, the day before I finished my day with like 400 calories left and the cheat day I went over 500 calories, the next morning after the cheat day, I was up weight. The morning of the cheat day I was down weight. So, I think my body does okay if I miss some cals but deffinately not with going over. There was one day I weighed thruout the day and it was going down over the hours, that's never happend to me before. I am always higher at the end of the day. Ofcourse that was during my detox.
