Hi all... do you guys log how many glasses of water you drink? I usually dont because I drink more than enough so I feel I dont need to keep track. However, you know how when you complete the food diary... if you add in your water, does it change the "you will weigh ____ by ____" result? If so, I would start tracking because seeing that number is super motivating!

I dont think it makes any difference. Your weight loss can't be determined by water intake, its just calories in and out.
