heard it blasts belly fat, true or false?

    When added with proper exercise and reduced caloric intake, yes, it would help the belly fat issue.
  • I take a garlic capsule each day but i wouldnt say its helped belly fat, only diet and exercise is the success story there but i,d be interested to see what others say xx

    Isn't fat ...fat, no matter where it is? Belly fat should be the same fat as thigh fat or even hip fat. Can the garlic really just melt away on area of fat? Doesn't sound rational to me, but if you can explain please do.

    No, it's not going to target a specific area. You asked about belly fat ... and with proper exercise and a deficit calorie intake over time your belly fat will decrease. If you would have asked about hip/thigh fat, my response would have been when added with proper exercise and reduced caloric intake, yes, it would help the hip/thigh fat issue. The key is exercise and nutrition.

    I've been told you need 15 cloves of garlic a day to have any positive effect. I don't care, as I love it and have it in everything.
