    Sorry I was missing in action, I was away for a long weekend....but still managed to get some exercise in!

    Workout type: Cross Trainer & Doggy walk

    Calories Burned: 650 & 499 = 1149

    + (since previous day): + 361 cals

    Sat 29th Oct


    Workout type: Cross Trainer & Strength training & Swimming

    Calories Burned: 450 & 139 & 106 = 695

    + (since previous day): - 454 (oh dear!!!)


    Sun 30th Oct

    Workout type: Cross Trainer & Strength training & swimming

    Calories Burned: 175 & 139 + 318 = 632

    + (since previous day): - 63 - OOOOps......well, I am on holiday!!

    Measurements: Waist: 29.5, Hips: 36.5, Arms: 11, Thighs: 22,5.

    October 1st ... running 20 mins + walking 30 mins = 356 cals burned
    October 2nd... walking 120 mins+ 60 mins cleaning = 382 cals burned +26
    October 3rd...runnning 25 mins+ walking 15 mins= 396 burned+14
    October 4th...Workout dvd 65 Mins + 15 mins walking= 286 burned... didnt have time to do anymore! so il make up for it tonight!
    October 5th .. workout dvd 35 mins+ walking 40 mins+ cleaning 10 mins= 401 Cals Burned =+5
    October 6th ... REST DAY
    October 7th...Running and walking= 344 Burned... sorry im minus again... busy day on friday
    October 8th..Walking and workout dvd and Cleaning = 471 cals burned! so +70 cals (Since Friday)
    October 9th.. Rest Day
    October 10th.. Walking 85 mins = 307 cals burned..
    October 11th... Running and Walking ... 271 Cals burned...
    October 12th... 6 week 6 pack...adn walking 274 cals burned... + 4 cals
    October 13th.. walking .. 326 Cals Burned= +52 cals
    October 14th.. walking and 6 wk 6 pk.. cals burned = 309 - 17 cals :(
    October 15th .. walking and 6 wk 6 pk... 429 cals burned! + 120 cals!
    October 16th...Rest Day!
    October 17th.... got a cold... but managed some walking 325 cals...
    October 18th.. .. still unwell but managed to walk .. 271 cals!
    October 19th ... Feeling better ! walking and shred ... 204 cals!
    October 20th.... Rest Day
    October 21st... walking and shredding = 309 cal burn! + 105 cals!
    October 22nd... walking and shredding = 309 cal burn!
    October 23rd .. wlaking and shredding= 283 burn!
    October 24th ..walking and shredding =301 cal burn ! + 18 cals!
    October 25th ...walking and shredding = 300 cals!
    October 26th...walking and shredding= 300 cals!
    October 27th .. walking and shredding = 333 cals! + 33 :)

    +70 from yesterday.

    Well...it's been tough burning more cals than the previous day, however this has kept me burning calories each day and has held me accountable. Thanks everyone!
