Hi all
I have some cellulite on my thighs, and butt
I always work out but I just cant get rid of it! Any suggestions???? Im wondering if doing squats along with my workout routine will help? I think I will try 50 in the morning and 50 at night, and see what happens. worth a shot I guess..but does anybody know of any other specific exercises that target cellulite? Or any tips on how you got rid of it?

I would love to know this too! Someone told me drinking lots of cold water - ice cold- "flushes" it out. I don't believe it.0

The only thing that got rid of mine was running... a lot of running0

I dont think thats true - the only way I drink my water is ice ice cold and I still have it!

Lots of walking and running is the only thing that has reduced my cellulite. I have tried other exercises, and of course those silly lotions / creams that boast that they reduce the appearance of cellulite (they don't).
I think I would have to get a lot skinnier to get rid of more at this point, and I'm not sure I'm comfortable with that trade-off.0 -
I think the main thing for getting rid of it is lots of cardio, mine has improved loads since i've been doing this. Some women say brushing for a few minutes daily helps alot, in an upwards stroke...a friend of mine swears it works?!0

what do you mean brushing? Like, massaging the areas?0

Using a body brush, literally brushing the skin upwards.0 -
Dry brushing - it's supposed to stimulate your lymphatic system to circulate fluid around
Google images of dry brushes
I'm not sure if it works but that's the idea at least0 -
Same here.. some years ago, a nutritionist told me that for getting rid of cellulite, you got to cut off coffee, teas, sodas, bottled and canned juices, canned food and even quit smoking! pfff..
Gotta say that I've cutted off everything this week (except my espresso in the morning, sorry) and combined with exercise and diet I can really notice a difference. So, I guess the nutritionist wasn't wrong.
Why don`t you give it a try to this theory?
There are also these brand (french I guess) called RoC whose shock treatment for cellulite seems to be very effective. I haven't proved them by myself, but they are very popular.. http://www.your-cellulite-solution.com/roc-cellulite.html
Good luck0
