34,300 Calories to reach my weight loss goal

I mostly do cardio and with my current 1200 calorie goal I am only getting about a 200-300 calorie deficit. Any work out suggestions or exercises that will help me reach my goal sooner than the estimated 17 weeks? Thanks!

    I heard p90x works well, but it seems a shame when I pay for a gym membership.

    Did MFP set you up with only a 200-300 calorie deficit? If you go to your goals page, what does it calculate as your daily calorie deficit when you eat exactly 1200?

    It was originally higher but as I've lost weight my BMR went from 1450 to 1275.

    It doesn't really matter what kind of cardio you do 'cause all movement uses calories. The more you move, the more you burn. So you should be able to do anything in the gym--or on the road-- that the video game would do for you. No way to guarantee how much you will lose by a certain date. Bodies (and their fat stores) can be stubborn like that but if the goal is reasonable you should get close. I was impressed with the math calculations! Good luck!
