Actually not new to the ebsite just the message boards.
Really looking for some support and motivation to keep up good eating habits...I have 30 lbs to lose and have been struggling with them all summer...losing 2 and gaining it back and losing it again.

Sigh...would really like to lose the 30lbs so I can move on to lose another 20 but one pound at a time is the only way I know.
Anyway just looking for tip...I work out daily it's really eating enough on the days I am running around with my son that I struggle with.
