Looking for friends and accountability

Hello!

I'm just looking for a kick in the butt to get where I need to be fitness wise. Being military makes being in shape a job requirement, and the last few years I have been gaining my "I'm in my 30s" weight. I'm soon to be 32, married, 5'7", starting this website at 157lbs. My biggest form of exercise is running with my doberman. I need to stop relying on cardio so much and get serious about working some weight training into my routine.

    ^ This is a great plan. Heavy lifting + reasonable diet = good things!
