Hello all! I am from Pakistan and am new here. Pleased to join the community.

I've been trying to lose weight for a couple of years. I weighed in the high-end of 90's (kg scale. Around 220 lbs) last year and that's when I hit my low point. Then I decided it was just too much. Before I'd hit 100 I started off w/cardio but it didn't make me shed a lot of weight. Then gradually I changed my diet and replaced fried foods and soda's with veggies, non-fat food and fruit juices!

In past 8 months I've lost around 15 kg's (33 lbs) and still going strong :) My goal is 70 kg which should put me smack in the middle of 'Healthy' BMI range scale.
