Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Who all has done it,how did you do it, and how long did you keep it off?

    I haven't personally done it, but it is very possible. In the beginning alot of water weight comes off. If it makes you feel better, check to see if you see it on the scale more than once then log it.

    It's possible, but healthy is another thing all together.
  • It's possible. I lost 8 in two weeks but i also just started and have a ton to lose....

    When you first start off, you could very possibly lose that much, but it will then slow way down if you are doing it the healthy way. If you exercise regularly though, especially a good mix of cardio and strength training, you'll see inches lost even when the scale doesn't move.
