    One thing you could do is take those 30 minutes per day of walk time, and turn up the intensity. Start jogging or running during that time. You could also bike if you have one.

    This is what i had to learn to do! Truly, if i go to th egym or work out class the house will not fall apart, they wont starve to death in an hour, and i will have worked on me! So now my DH prepares dinner t-w-th Mondays we eat leftovers, Fridays is football fridays so we eat out (they do) and saturday and sunday i cook dinner and DH cooks breakfast!
