    Raw onions, beans, quinoa, brown rice and pasta, broccoli, egg whites, brussel sprouts, olives, cucumber, parsnip, sweet potatoes, salads in general, apples (hate hate hate them!), grapes, pears, cottage cheese, greek yoghurt, raw peppers... I could go on and on... not much of a healthy person am I :huh:

    All seafood
    Ground turkey
    Cottage cheese, greek yoghurt, low fat cheese,
    Beans, brown rice & pasta, quinoa,
    Apples, grapes, pears,
    All soy products

    Not much of a healthy person am I :huh:

  • Green capsicum and seafood (but not tuna....I like tuna. :D ).
