    Week 1: 360 minutes
    Week 2: 260/360 Goal not met - what a week. 260 wasn't that bad considering.
    Week 3: 300 minutes went over by 30 minutes
    Week of November 21st goal is 300 minutes

    Mon: 60 min. aquafit
    Tue: 60 min. walk/jog intervals
    Wed: 60 Minutes aquafit
    Thur:
    Fri:
    Sat: 60 minutes of Aquafit
    Sun:
    Total/min left: 210/60 I have probably made the remaining time up and more in helping my Mom move from her home into a retirement community but don't really want to count it. It is the reason I didn't make my challenge this week.
    Mon 11/28 : Aquafit 60 Min.
    Tuesday: 11/29 my run and moving boxes: 95 min.
