    love this challenge...im in for 600 miles(biking/spinning)...goals for november, lose 3lbs...600miles spinning/biking, 10weight sessions...2yoga classes....burn a 4000calories a wk and workout a miniuim of 24 hours.....

    3 more miles this morning - did run #3 of week nine so I have officially COMPLETED the C25K program. Now I will work on my speed as I only seem to run slightly faster than I can walk!! Anyway - this puts me at 72.5 / 100
