I agree with Denise, the focus of this thread is on fitness goals and NSVs rather than weight loss itself. Thin is good, healthy is better. I started doing this to lose weight, but I now eat, drink and sleep mountain hikes, century rides and sprint tris.
Quick wrap-up for November, with one more day to go:
100 people started the challenge and moved 5,422 miles.
18 made goal and another 6-10 will probably make it as well.
13 participants moved over 100 miles (6 of them over 150 miles).0 -

2 1/2 miles yesterday, total 52 miles for nov. Ya met my goal for the second month in a row. Good job everyone whether you met yours or not, you became more active and that's what matters.0

love this challenge...im in for 600 miles(biking/spinning)...goals for november, lose 3lbs...600miles spinning/biking, 10weight sessions...2yoga classes....burn a 4000calories a wk and workout a miniuim of 24 hours.....

I didn't make goal but switched alot from the exercise bike to swimming & the stairmaster. Happy with the totals
