Greek yogurt concoction that I can actually tolerate

I wish I would have thought of this but I saw a post some time back that said to put sugar free fat free instant pudding into plain greek yogurt so I tried it and it is awesome!! The cheesecake flavor is my favorite and adding 25 calories a serving to greek yogurt, it really is a treat...and a great dessert if you add fruit as well...
Yep! I posted this earlier in the thread and have been doing this for quite some time. My mom told me about it and she learned it from the people on the nutrisystem boards. Whoever thought of it, it is great! I add frozen no sugar added mixed berries to mine and let the berries thaw and melt in for a couple hours in the fridge0 -
You guys are better than me....I eat the greek yogurt that already has fruit in it and save the plain as a sour cream replacement :blushing:

I mix a container of Dannon Plain Greek Yogurt with any flavor of Fiber One Yogurt. It adds 50 calories but lots of fiber. Love It0
