The food you are eating is good. But you need to eat a bit more. Most days you were under 1200. And you don't want to go into starvation mode and/or be lethargic. Add some more nuts or something if you are not feeling like eating more. That are high in goodness and in calories so it is easy to get to what you need.

In my opinion, your carbs are too high and your protein intake is too low. It seems that you don't eat meat, so you may benefit from a protein smoothie.

MFP sets the protein too low and I know that several members, including myself, have changed the settings to between .75 and 1 gram of protein per body weight.

I also noticed that your sugar intake is high and sometimes you seem to go well above your sodium but you are not even eating 1200 calories total most of the time. Maybe you can regroup, introduce more fresh vegetables and fruit and look where all that sugar is coming from (orange juice?). I am sure that other members will give you their recommendations but at the end you just need to do what is best for you.

However, if that is not working then you may need to go to plan B.

You might try backing off on the OJ and increasing vegetables. Protein is very important, too. Doing great, though!

Looks ok, but you definately need more lean protein and less carbs (less sugar). Also once you start doing exercise you will definately need more calories. Fill them up with more lean protein in the first instance then add in some more complex carbs, but not sugar!!!

Thanks Everyone, I appreciate your input...Gonna have to work on the sodium intake...I'm not a normal orange juice drinker, but was filling up with fluids to combat a cold....
