Ok so I have an odd question…... I am someone who becomes completely drenched in sweat when I workout. I would like to work out more then once a day, but showering multi times is time consuming and dries out my hair and skin. What do you all do????

I've used baby wipes to clean my skin. Not perfect, but it helps.

I'm the same way but I just end up showering after each workout. I won't wash my hair if it didn't get too bad. If it did and I have already washed it then I will put a moisture treatment in it instead of washing--it gets rid of the sweat and won't dry your hair out so much.

Dry Shampoo rocks!!! You spray it in your hair, let it sit for 5/10 minutes, then brush it out. It is like, $4 at any store, even walmart... Treseme is the brand I use!

I gave up showering every time I exercise. I've asked for feedback from my husband and from colleagues (and I have a very sensitive nose myself), so I know I don't get stinky. If your clothes are clean, your deodorant effective and your daily hygiene is good and you aren't cursed with bad genes, it doesn't hurt to let the sweat dry on your body.

I have small children and one large slot of time doesn't always work..... two smaller workout would. It doesn’t matter if I work out 5 min or 50 min. I am drenched regardless.
