    Yesterday's "Meatless Mondays" went off spectacularly! I ate GOOD food and found myself so stuffed and happy.

    So out of interest with only two Mondays left, is anybody still doing this?
    My wife and I certainly are but the topic seemed to die.
    I don't see the OP giving much encouragement.
