Sometimes I use the kit just so I don't have to talk...hehe. It definitely keeps me from eating anything afterward.0

I just east later on... (go to the gym after work for a couple of hours then fany about getting showered/doing laundry/cooking food) ...means less hours to snack in and less urge to do so before bed!
Actually, I am exactly the same - people tell me I eat far too late but you're right it frightens off the snack attacks!
On the nights I eat ealier (not often), I do get the urge to snack...so nettle tea, fruit tea or a few gulps of non fat milk or a 40cal hot chocolate fill me up and make me feel sleepy which is a good thing as I'm not longer awake and able to make a trip to the kitchen for yet more food.
I also like the protein idea, egg whites should help shouldn't they?0
