    I never eat back my exercise calories. What I do do is make sure that I am getting enough protein in my diet. Your body can draw calories from fat stores, but not the macros like protein you need if you are doing weight training. And b e very careful about "trusting" MFP calorie burned numbers. Most members who have wear a HR monitor who have mentioned it agree that MFP generally overestimates calories burned.
