    Oh wow, hot yoga, huh? Well, I can do that all summer long in this broiling hellhole. I think I'm going to enjoy the other kind for what remains of Winter, though!

    Netflix streaming to TV has a tons of yoga videos...and no Tai Chi :grumble: ...

    Speaking of, it's probably a good day for me to do some yoga. Maybe I can stretch some of this soreness out.

    I love yoga! I've been dabbling for several years. I love how it teaches body awareness and works your body so hard you can hurt for 3 days after, but you can also choose to take it easy and relax and focus on the spiritual side.

    yoga should not hurt. my instructor says there is no wrong pose in yoga. she is very gentle and slow. she says take the child pose anytime you feel tired/hurt.

    Our fitness room is set at 74 degrees during our Vinyasa class and I could not even imagine it being any hotter. I LOVE yoga - been doing it now for just over 1 year.
