So Hungry

For some reason all this week I have been starving by about this time. I brought chex mix for a snack but I miscalculated and eating that would put me over. I lost a pound and a half this week so I really don't want to go over my calories today (esp since Vday will put me over probably). I also won't have time to work out tonight because the dinner I am making tonight takes a little while and Survivor starts tonight so after dinner and dishes I just want to relax and watch that and not worry about having to work out still.

I'm drinking water, chewing gum, just trying to stop thinking about food. Ugh, go away hungry!

  • Do a little workout while you watch survivor! Do some arm curls, some crunches, jumping jacks, anything!!

    Drink a bunch of water too!

    drink water. when i'm hungry like that, i have to eat, but i find that when i drink water or sip it all day. i don't get as hungry or have the need for as much sweets as i would like

    Cucumbers!!!!! Trust me stock up they are like 40 calories for a whole one....

    No one ever got fat eating veggies (non-starch, no corn, no potatoes)....rev up your meals and in-betweens with lots of veggies. Try new veggies...snack all day long and eat as much as you want. It really helps!

    A small amount of protein will help you from that hungry feeling. I like a few slices of turkey pepperoni. They are only about 10 calories/slice, and three to five will do. A hard boiled egg does nicely, also. ~And yes, drink plenty of your favorite no calorie drink! Hang in there!
