Yep, usually 2-5 lbs. I don't even bother recording it, let alone worrying about it, because it goes away again0

I retain water at ovulation and lose the water weight just before my period starts. That’s why I have my Happy Scale app set to compare my moving average weight from 30 days prior instead of the default 1 week.0

I can gain as much as 10lb. I start bloating the week before my period and by the second day of my actual period it starts coming off.
I still work out. If I feel more weak or tired I modify the workout sometimes but still do it0
