After 30 DS

I was just curious what all these 30 Day Shredders do when they finish the program. I completed it without any particularly obvious results and have started the No More Trouble Zones workout + running, but was interested in what others go to next. Thanks!

    I've heard that a lot of people go to the "Ripped in 30" afterwards. That's what I plan on doing after I start and get finished with 30DS.

    Personally I'm really enjoying the 30DS and I plan to keep mixing it into my routine and working up higher weights, also plan on purchasing some other JM workouts including Ripped in 30, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and Yoga Meltdown. Maybe even Shred it With Weights or Six Week Six Pack. Or Killer Buns and Thighs. I may stick to certain routines for several weeks at a time or I may alternate them for variety. IDK, I'm just feeling very attached to JM right now b/c she's getting me results. LOL

    Wow- I didn't realize she had so many DVDs...silly of me, of course she does! I enjoyed 30 DS also and love that I can fit is in on super busy days; however I have not had any particularly notable changes while doing it even though I am working hard. I don't know- maybe I will see what I think with the Trouble Zones DVD. Good luck! Thanks!
