Fear of losing weight too quickly?

Hey there
So I've lost a lot of weight quickly for my frame - 12.5 pounds in 6 weeks (129 pounds now, 5'4", healthy BMI). I've been eating really well - whole foods, mostly fruits & vegetables - and exercising, and it's probably because I had a pretty decent muscle mass to start with.
I'm really proud of myself, though just a little nervous to keep losing weight quite this quickly. Like probably most girls, I had a weird body image in high school and some college - I just saw a picture from college that I used to think I looked so fat in, and now I swear I can't see an ounce of fat! I'm nervous about getting a weird body image again from losing weight too quickly...
... after all my clean eating, I've been eating a little extra junk food to prove to myself that I'm not eating too weirdly. While my healthy eating is healthy, needing to eat junk to prove that I'm normal doesn't seem super healthy.
Does anyone else worry about losing weight too quickly? Worry about creating a weird body image, and taking it too far? I'd love to know if this is an irrrational fear, because otherwise, it's been really exciting and fun to lose weight quickly. At this rate I'll be at my goal by Christmas.
Thanks guys!

hi there, i have lost 16 pounds in five weeks (230-214) before I found this site that weeks. After logging in my meals and seeing how low my caloric intake was, showed me how i was starving my body along with high intensity workout. So I was freak out because it made me realize that if I stopped the diet I would gain all that weight back quickly, so i can relate to how u r feeling. So i find my self snacking a lil more to meet my daily goal. Now since i've been doing that i lost 2 more pound in over a week and I am comfortable with that. We just have to realize that we did not gain it over night so let's just take our time and lose it and be healthier in the process.0

I am constantly worried about whether or not my body image is realistic, healthy or unhealthy... I understand what you are saying... if you want to slow your weight-loss try upping your calories a little but it sounds like since you know you are at a healthy BMI, focus a little more on healthy body image (hard I KNOW!!) than on losing more weight, as long as you are doing the right stuff, if u have weight to lose it will come off at whatever pace is right for your body. Hope that made sense I feel like Im babbling.0
