Weekend Stumble

Well, I know I'm not the only one to fall into this trap. A week after starting in a very positive way, losing 3 pounds, I came into the weekend. I did good most of Saturday until Saturday night. I went out a and had some fun. I had more than I should have. I woke up this morning a little ragged but still ate a good breakfast and started to rehydrate with powerade. Then, for some reason, I lost all focus on what I was doing and blew up the rest of the day. I did not log today as there was no reason too.
I wish I could redo this weekend, but what is done is done. Thankfully the weekend is done and I can get back to my good routine I had during the week and hopefully will at least "hold" weight when I weigh in on Tuesday.
Thanks for letting me vent.....

  • I did good all week, survived a Christmas dinner party without a lot of damage and today my only source of nourishment was toast, coffee, oreos, and Chinese food. It happens, it's called "we live in the real world"...Aim for a better day tomorrow!
