Weighing 233 lbs and having exercise induced asthma, trying to run for 30 seconds on HIIT was always a challenge! I've been working at it for a couple of months, and tonight with my gym's trainers around me as a cheering section, I managed to throw 4, 1 minute sprints into my HIIT!!!!!! I can't even tell you the last time I was able to run for 60 seconds at once .... let alone do it 4 times!

This may not sound like a huge deal to most but for me ... This was big! :)

Well done, as someone who battled chronic asthma when I was younger (ie. on a ventilator several times a day) I know how big that acheivement feels! Now you know you can do that, you have a lot more to look forward to!
