    I wonder. What would actually burn more calories. 10-15 reps at a lower weight or a 2-4 rep at 90% of your max 1 rep maxium?

    Not saying you're wrong, but if you're going to throw a statement like that out there, you could at least also enlighten us with the facts, otherwise it's not really that useful, and is borderline trolling, which I assume (hope) wasn't your intention.
