    Down 1.4lbs this week. Good but whats even better is that I'm no longer obese!!! I'm gonna step up the activity this week as I really want to lose more than 2lbs. Good luck everyone!

    Moving along slowly but surely! At this point, not tracking toward a 10-pound loss in January, but I'm losing and that feels GREAT! I had two not-so-great days last week, so this week I'm gonna BRING IT! Hoping next Sunday's loss is more than .6 for the week. Thanks for the motivation everyone!

    no loss this week, exactly the same tut......even though i did lots of exercise, i also ate back exercise cals...obviously doesnt work for me! so back to 1200 strictly this week. =)

    I was supposed to weigh myself before going to the library, but I was already running late for my study group and was also super hungry. No point in weighing myself now with a stomach full of food!

    Week 1 - 243.5 lbs (Sunday Jan 8 ) not bad considering I had a salty dinner and I'm retaining water!
    Week 2 - 244.5 lbs (Sunday Jan 15) but I reserve the right to re-weigh myself tomorrow! Sunday's are horrible day for me to weigh in! lol
