That stupid constant rash-looking thing on my arms. Anyone else have it or, more importantly, had any luck getting rid of it? I've had it my whole life, just as my mom and brother also have. It's not severe, but just enough to make me a bit self-conscious of showing much skin. I have it the worst on my arms, and a little bit on my chest. I would LOVE to have that really smooth, sexy looking skin and everywhere I look everyone always says there's no way to really get rid of it. Any thoughts?

    I get a little of it on my upper arms in the summer. I noticed if I stay out of the sun or use sunscreen it's not bad. When I used to tan it seemed like I got it a lot more. Not sure how to get rid of it. Sorry :(
