Weight wooshed big over the past week, so I'm expecting a slight uptick on the scale, but glad to see a couple days that were relatively stable.
Today will be going and riding one of the horses, and then taking the dog out for a hike at the local state park later this afternoon when it's a bit warmer.
Rest day. A bunch of rounds of lugging Xmas stuff up the ladder superset with 310lb deadlifts...because lugging Xmas stup up a ladder does in fact, suck.

Got in a workout shoveling snow before taking my wife out for our first date night of the year.
I am down 9 lbs in 4 months....slow and steady and the progress is real. I like my chances of where my Fat loss will be come spring, 2021.
