Help with a plate incident this morning.......how to clean..

You could put it back in the micro with a few paper towels under it so you wont melt it into your microwave. Make sure you put something on the plate so it will hold the heat but not something you're going to eat (plastics are carcinogens). Leftovers or something so the plate gets hot. That should work. I'd do a few minutes at a time.0

I always use heat again to remove something that was melted.
worked on my plastic spoon I adhered to my favorite Emerils cook pan.
put the dish in the micro for 2 min...........check to see if it is working
Or stick in the oven, it heats slower so it may come off without heating it so high0
