Help Entering CrossFit Workouts into MFP

I am new to both CrossFit and MFP, and can't find an easy way log the WODs. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I just list it as circuit training...or if just lifting as weight training. I don't exactly care if it is 100% spot on since weight isn't my focus0

i just entered it as "crossfit warmup and wod" and estimate how hard i have worked. i don't have a heart rate monitor.0

I always wear my HRM... depending on the WOD i burn between 300-600 cal in an hour. I always stay after and jump rope for 10 min though...0
