First day of 30DS...OUCH!

Oh. My. Word. Just did Day 1 of the 30 day shred and I thought I was going to fall down the stairs afterwards. My legs are complete jello and I needed my inhaler afterwards! 20 minutes of exercise has never been so hard!

My plan is to do it 3 days per week, and on the other days doing Zumba for cardio. I have a feeling I'm going to be super sore tomorrow.

    It's a good burn!! :) Hahaha. It definitely hurts the first day and the second and third...I started with three days in a row and then took a break and started up again and now it's going very well. I'm on day six now, (with a break in between, jogging, and doing other JM videos on off days). Today, I got through the workout without pausing the video, stopping, or skipping exercises. I was sweaty, but I felt really good afterwards. I mute Jillian and turn on my own music, and I really get into working out.

    It gets better!
