Hello,
My name is Scott. I am currently 6'5" and 170 lbs. My goal is to gain 55 lbs by 3/11/2010. I want to have no more than 15% of body fat. Does anyone have any great advice?
Thanks!

Why 15%? It would be a good idea to get a fitness consultation. A lot of gyms will throw one in free if you do like a free three day guest pass to see if you like their gym. Gold's has a promotion right now of, I think, 7 days free with no obligaqtion to sign up.0

That's a big weight gain in 1 year. 15% fine for a guy, but 55 lbs (I assume you want all muscle) is quite a bit. Not really sure if that's even possible naturally.
I wish you the best, but I would probably take the advice from Frost, talk to a trainer, you might be setting your expectations a little high.
